Country values aggregate streams associated with each country source in the M3U.co.uk directory. Results are measurements from one monitoring location, not a judgement on a country’s broadcasting infrastructure.

Why country comparisons need careful interpretation
The country association comes from the directory playlist in which an endpoint was discovered. It does not necessarily mean the stream server itself is hosted in that country, and the same endpoint can appear in more than one source. A broadcaster may also intentionally geo-block the monitoring server. Restricted results are therefore separated from determinate downtime.
A country row with few checks is less statistically useful than one with thousands. The monitor exports the sample count alongside observed availability so readers can see that difference. This page is intended for technical research into public playlist behaviour, not for ranking national broadcasters.
